All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified of any delays.


2. Shipping Methods

We ship pallets through trusted freight carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Shipping options and estimated delivery times vary based on:

  • Your location

  • The type and size of the pallet

  • Freight carrier availability

Most deliveries arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch.


3. Freight Delivery Requirements

Because pallets are large and heavy, freight deliveries may require:

  • A commercial address (recommended)

  • A loading dock or forklift

  • Liftgate service (available for an additional fee)

If you do not have equipment to unload, please inform us before shipping so we can arrange the proper delivery method.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on your location, pallet size, and freight service type. All costs will be clearly provided at checkout or during your order confirmation. There are no hidden charges.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive freight tracking details. Some carriers may provide updates by phone or email.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a pallet arrives damaged, please:

  • Inspect the shipment immediately

  • Take photos of the damage

  • Note the issue on the delivery receipt

  • Contact us within 24 hours

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded. Additional carrier fees due to address changes are the customer’s responsibility.


8. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available depending on inventory and warehouse location. Contact us to confirm availability and scheduling.
